Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager to lead Electronics Delivery projects at Talegaon. The role focuses on planning, monitoring and realization of electronics sub-systems across multiple projects.

You will handle project plans, reviews, risk mitigation, cost estimation and customer communications, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain progress and resolve conflicts. Travels to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E in Electronics is required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in electronics delivery projects.
• Strong planning, risk management and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and monitor progress on Concerto.
• Arrange periodic review meetings and monitor cash flows.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate with customers for project activities and with cross-functional teams for progress.
• Provide cost estimations for prospect orders and release status updates.
• Travel to customer locations as needed; MS Project and ERP-LN experience is a plus.
• As a Manager, manage multiple projects and lead the team.

Job Description

• As a part of the SECG - Electronics Delivery team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and realization of electronics sub-systems of multiple projects.
• The role involves the following responsibilities:
  • Preparing project plans and monitoring progress on Concerto. Arranging periodic review meetings.
  • Monitoring and controlling project cash flows
  • Identifying risks and taking necessary actions for their mitigation
  • Communication and coordination with customer for project related activities.
  • Coordination with cross functional team to ensure progress as per plan and conflict resolution
  • Cost Estimation for prospect orders
  • Preparing and releasing periodic status updates
• The role would involve travel to customer location/ sites based on requirement
• Hands-on of MS Project and ERP-LN would be an added advantage
• As a Manager, you would additionally be handling multiple projects and team management responsibility
