Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) invites applications for an experienced Assistant Manager Project Management (Electronics) to plan, execute, monitor and deliver electronics systems across multiple projects from Talegaon, Pune.

BE/B.Tech in Electronics is required with strong PM, scheduling and cost-control skills. You will coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance, and may travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Communication required.
• Experience in Project Management / Execution for electronics delivery.
• Defence/Aerospace/RF/communication background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Drive on-time execution and delivery of electronics projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Monitor project cost, budget and cash flow.

• Resolve project bottlenecks and cross-functional issues.
• Travel to customer locations/sites as required.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Project Management (Electronics) to manage the planning, execution, monitoring and timely delivery of electronics systems/sub-systems across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Drive on-time execution and delivery of electronics projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and other cross-functional teams.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Monitor project cost, budget and cash flow.
• Identify project risks and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with customers for project execution, progress and delivery requirements.
• Resolve project bottlenecks and cross-functional issues.
• Support cost estimation for new/prospective orders.
• Prepare periodic project status reports and management updates.
• Travel to customer locations/sites based on project requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / E&TC
• Experience in Project Management / Project Execution / Electronics Delivery.
• Candidates from Defence / Aerospace / Radar / RF / Communication / Electronics Systems background are highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to project planning, scheduling, OTD, cost control, risk management and customer coordination.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Concerto and ERP-LN will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate / Early Joiners preferred.
