ACG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end project execution in India. You will manage customer expectations, coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure contractual deadlines are met while maintaining high quality and cost control.

Responsibilities include overseeing projects from inquiry to dispatch, maintaining timelines, budgets, and risks, and supporting sales with URS compliance. ACG values effective communication and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• BE/BTech degree is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Ability to manage projects end to end and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience with MSP or Project Tracker in SAP is preferred.

Job Objectives:-

To provide a professional overall experience to the customer (Project & Proposal ) of their requirement by way of :

• Build strong customer relationships by effectively managing customer expectations by resolving customer escalations and check for feedback.
• Handling complete project from enquiry to dispatch & ensuring completion per the contractual deadlines.
• Strengthening the process of Project Execution Schedules for every project.
• Ensuring processes for Project Management & execute the order as per the contract, coordination with all stakeholders.
• Project execution within the cost budget & delivered completely in time as per order requirements.

Project Management

• Execution of project within defined timelines, budget, quality and scope.
• Monitor & ensure the overall progress of projects against schedule and milestones reporting to management, as well as providing early warning of potential slippage, in case of the latter, propose remedial actions so that the contract completion data for the work is not jeopardized.
• To provide professional Customer Service by anticipating and responding to customer queries
• Act as main coordination link between Customer and ACG to resolve escalated issues with respect to allocated Projects.
• Address material and schedule concerns with customers / vendors and factory.
• Be responsible for proper review of the entire Project and processing of variations and claims received from Customer / Factory / Engineering.
• Manage budget, and schedules for various allocated projects.
• Support Sales team for URS Compliance / Enquiry support for allocated regions.
• Adhere to timelines & ensure efficiency in Project Execution by adhering Project management methodologies.
• Ensure, contract execution is being handled according to company procedures, QA policy and legal requirements, when relevant.
• Interact closely across different teams & provide support accordingly.
• Customer site visits in case of Kick off meetings, Critical escalations etc.
• Implement and track project via MSP / Project Tracker in SAP.
• Ensure Lessons Learnt & feedback mechanism is available in place for improved order intake.
• Close coordination with CFTs for seamless execution, resulting in improved FAT score & customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Project are closed contractually, keeping in view of ACGs obligations.
• Ensure Safety round the clock & customer centricity as a top priority.
• Project status reporting, MIS, Dashboard preparation for decision-making.
