Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] in Uttarakhand, Haridwar invites experienced engineers to lead production and utility performance in a precision manufacturing plant. You will drive MTTR/MTBF improvements, manage budgets, implement systems, and steer energy management while ensuring cost control through spare parts procurement.

This role requires 5–10 years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with exposure to TPM, SAP, PLC/SCADA, and

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical engineering required.
• B.Tech in Electrical engineering required.
• 5–10 years of general experience in manufacturing.

• Ensuring smooth production with zero breakdown MTTR, MTBF.
• Ensuring uninterrupted utility of the plant.
• Understanding on Budget its controlling & Management.
• Ensuring the System implementation.
• Energy Management, sustainability.
• Understanding of spares part managements and procurement to keep control on cost.
• Understanding of TPM and SAP and tools like Pm analysis ,why why analysis.
• Understanding of PLC , Scada.
• Understanding of conveyors ,filling equipment’s, Wheel alignment ,Roller brake tester etc.
