Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Haridwar is seeking a maintenance engineer to oversee production line reliability in a manufacturing plant.

You will manage TPM activities, implement system upgrades, and optimize energy use while coordinating with procurement for spare parts. Applicants should have a B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical and 5-10 years of relevant experience in maintenance and engineering within an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 5-10 years of general experience in maintenance/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth production with minimal MTTR and prevent breakdowns across the line.
• Ensure uninterrupted plant utilities and energy management.
• Understand and contribute to budget control and cost management.
• Support system implementation and TPM practices in the plant.
• Familiarity with SAP, TPM tools, and PM analysis.
• Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems.
• Oversee conveyors, filling equipment, wheel alignment, and roller brake tester maintenance.
