Job summary

Principal Responsibility :

• 1.Ensureeffectiveandefficientimplementationofautomationandmanufacturingstrategiesfornewproductintroduction.
• 2.LeadPLCintegration,IoTimplementation,andsmartfactoryinitiatives
  toimproveproductivityandoperationalefficiency.
• 3.Developandimplementvisioncamera,AR/VR,andadvancedtechnologysolutionsformanufacturingprocesses.
• 4.Supportmachineselection,automationconceptdevelopment,and
  equipmentcommissioningfornewprojects.
• 5.Reviewandoptimizefeedingmechanisms,Pick&Placesystems,pressing units,andotherautomationassemblies.
• 6.Selectappropriatepneumaticcomponents,sensors,motors,andrelated controlsystemsasperprojectrequirements.
• 7.Prepareandreviewengineeringdesignsusingrelevantdesignsoftware, ensuringcompliancewithstandardsandspecifications.
• 8.Identifydesigngaps,recommendimprovements,andimplement
  correctiveactionsforenhancedmachineperformance.
• 9.Coordinatewithcross-functionalteamstoensuretimelyexecutionof
  projectswithinbudgetandqualityexpectations.
• 10.Developdashboards,reports,andperformancetrackingsystemsusing PowerBIandotherBItools.
• 11.Ensureeffectiveresourceplanning,manpowerutilization,andtimely
  allocationofresponsibilitieswithintheteam.
• 12.Guide,support,anddevelopteammemberstoachievedepartmental
