Job summary

Masadir Hr Services is seeking an automation professional to develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems. You will perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of automated production equipment and support new automation projects, machine installation, commissioning, and validation.

The role requires integrating automation systems with robots, vision systems, sensors, drives, and industrial networks, plus RCA analysis and OEE improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of automated production equipment.
• Support new automation projects, machine installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Integrate automation systems with robots, vision systems, sensors, drives, and industrial communication networks.
• Analyze machine failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through automation enhancements and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and manufacturing quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain electrical drawings, PLC backup programs, machine documentation, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Process Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and EHS requirements.
• Assist in FAT, SAT, machine trials, and production ramp-up activities.
• Train maintenance technicians and operators on automated equipment operation and troubleshooting.
