Job summary

WNS Holdings is seeking a capable team lead for the Magarpatta, Pune location. The role requires managing 15–20 FTEs, ensuring delivery against SLAs, and coordinating with insurance motor claims and P&C processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in voice process is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Insurance motor claims (preferred or P&C).
• Stakeholder engagement and client management experience.
• Day-to-day deliverables, SLA adherence, and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15–20 FTEs and guide performance.
• Oversee day-to-day deliverables and ensure adherence to SLAs across lines of business.
• Engage with clients and key stakeholders to deliver critical projects.
• Provide regular feedback for team development, recognition and rewards.

Role & responsibilities :

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Managed team of 15 to 20 FTE's
• Knowledge in Insurance Motor claims - Preferred Or P&C insurance
• Experience in voice Process - mandatory
• Responsible for the day-to-day deliverables, adherence to SLAs across various lines of business, delivering on quality and key client projects
• Stakeholder engagement - Client Management and deliver key stakeholder projects
• Team Management and People Development: Responsible in monitoring the team and regularly motivate and support the team by providing feedback at regular intervals to ensure their development and with effective rewards and recognition
• Excellent communication Skills
