Nitika Pharmaceutical Specialities Pvt. Ltd invites an experienced Instrumentation & Automation professional to lead site activities, ensuring timely completion, safe execution, proper documentation, and commissioning readiness.

You will coordinate with PMC, project consultants, vendors, and internal teams to plan installation, IO planning, testing, and handover, while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Qualificações

• BE/BTech/Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical /Automation required.
• 6–10 years of experience in pharma/process industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute instrumentation installation works at site per drawings and project plan.
• Coordinate and support automation system implementation including IO planning and start-up readiness.
• Drive testing and commissioning readiness (calibration, loop checks, functional checks, verifications) and close punch points.
• Coordinate with PMC and Project Consultant for scope clarity and timely closure of observations.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for manpower, materials, sequencing, and procurement closure.
• Ensure work completion with quality standards, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain and control site documentation required for commissioning and handover.
• Support internal user department during pre-commissioning and start-up for stable operation.
• Collaborate with Purchase and Finance teams for inputs, delivery follow-up, and payment documentation.
• Provide daily progress updates and highlight risks early to assist project leadership.

Role Purpose

To lead andexecute Instrumentation& Automation scope for project activities at site, ensuring timelycompletion, safe execution, proper documentation, and commissioning readiness ,with strong coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities (Bullet Points)

• Plan and execute instrumentation installation works at site (fieldinstruments, impulse/sampling lines as applicable, junction boxes, panels,cabling, terminations) as per approved drawings and project plan
• Coordinate and support automation system implementation (PLC/SCADA/HMI orequivalent) including IO planning, integration support, and readiness forstart-up
• Drive testing & commissioning readiness forinstrumentation/automation (calibration, loop checks, functional checks, signalverification) and close punch points
• Coordinate with PMC and Project Consultant for scope clarity,drawing clarifications, site queries, and timely closure of observations
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for manpower planning,material readiness, execution sequencing, and completion commitments
• Ensure work completion with required qualitystandards, safety compliance, and timeline adherence
• Maintain and control site documentation (calibration records, testsheets, checklists, approvals, as-built markups, handover documents) requiredfor smooth commissioning/handover
• Support internal user department during pre-commissioningand start-up to ensure stable operation and issue closure
• Coordinate with Purchase team for technical inputs(specifications, scope confirmation, technical evaluation support), deliveryfollow-up, and documentation needed for procurement closure

• Ability to interpret and work with drawings/documents (instrumentlist, loop drawings, layouts, wiring diagrams, IO list, basic control logicunderstanding)
• Hands-on approach for site coordination , issue resolution, andwork-front management
• Vendor handling, follow-up discipline, and execution planningmindset
• Strong documentation discipline and good reporting skills
