Job summary

K B Polychem India Limited in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a dedicated R&D chemist to develop and optimize solvent-based and plastisol screen printing ink formulations for various substrates and applications.

You will coordinate with Production, QC, Purchase and Technical/Marketing teams, and handle documentation including REACH, EN 71, COA, and support customers with product specifications. Strong knowledge of pigments and curing systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Develop and optimize screen printing ink formulations.
• Good understanding of pigments, resins, binders, solvents, additives, and curing systems.
