Job summary

Winner Screen Machines is seeking a hands-on Printing Machine Operator to join our in-house team for machine testing before dispatch and on-site installation and commissioning at customer locations across India and abroad. You will run live print trials, test broader machine functions, and collaborate with design, assembly, and service teams to ensure quality before shipping.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run live print trials on screen, pad, and dry-offset printing using wet inks and check registration, print quality, and colour consistency.
• Test machine aspects beyond printing: article/ component flow, indexing, UV curing, sensors, safety, and cycle stability.
• Support installation and commissioning at customer sites; travel is required.
• Collaborate with design, assembly, and service teams to sign off machines before dispatch.
• Fine-tune print parameters (squeegee pressure/angle, screen tension, ink viscosity, curing settings) to meet specs.

Job description

Winner Screen Machines is a leading manufacturer of automatic pad printing, screen printing, and dry offset printing machines used to decorate rigid plastic packaging bottle caps, bottles, containers, pharma dosing devices, syringes, MCB/dolly knobs, and drums up to 250L. We're looking for a hands-on Printing Machine Operator to join our in-house team working on machine testing before dispatch, and on-site installation & commissioning at customer locations across India and abroad.

What You'll Do

• Run live print trials on our machines (screen printing, pad printing, dry offset) using wet inks checking registration, print quality, ink transfer, and colour consistency
• Test every other aspect of the machine, not just printing: article/component flow and indexing, UV curing performance, sensor and safety checks, and overall cycle stability
• Support installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites this role involves travel
• Work closely with our design, assembly, and service teams to sign off machines before they leave the factory
• Fine-tune print parameters (squeegee pressure and angle, screen tension, ink viscosity, curing settings) to match customer specifications

Who We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience operating printing machines with wet inks screen printing, pad printing, dry offset, flexo, offset, or similar processes
• Experience from a production environment welcome a converter/packaging unit, a brand's in-house printing line, or another printing machine manufacturer (Indian or international)
• Prior exposure to machines like Winmaxx, Decomaxx, or similar automatic pad/screen/dry-offset printing machines is a strong plus
• Young, energetic, and genuinely curious about how machines work - quick to learn new techniques (full training on our machines provided)
• Willing to travel for installation and commissioning assignments
• Based in or around Navi Mumbai, or willing to relocate near our Rabale works
