K B Polychem India Limited in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Lead R&D professional to head the Paint R&D function, drive formulation development and set clear priorities for product innovation. You will mentor the R&D team, establish performance objectives and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across resins, pigments, additives and solvents used in industrial paints.

The role requires deep expertise in paint chemistry, strong project leadership, and the ability to deliver market-ready

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Paint & Coating Chemistry & Formulation Technology.
• Extensive experience in industrial paint product development.
• Strong knowledge of resins, pigment, additive, solvent & coating raw materials.
