Job summary

D.S.V. Chemicals is seeking a QC & Production Supervisor Inks / Specialty & Security Inks in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The role oversees raw material testing, in-process and final QC, and daily production supervision for Offset, UV, Flexo, Specialty & Security inks.

We require 2–6 years of experience in inks/paints/coatings, with hands-on QC instrument expertise and knowledge of various coating processes. Strong documentation discipline and ISO compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years experience in inks/paints/coatings is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with QC instruments.
• Knowledge of Offset, UV, Flexo, WB/UV coatings (any combination acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Test RM, In-Process & FG batches (shade, strength, viscosity, rheology, grind, gloss, tack, adhesion)
• Supervise production mixing, dispersion, filtration, packing & SOP adherence
• Ensure batch consistency, documentation & ISO compliance
• Support formulation adjustments and technical trials
• Coordinate with PPC, Production, Purchase & Dispatch
