Job summary

Exide Energy is looking for an Indirect Procurement professional to join their team at the Devanahalli, Bangalore location. This role involves managing high value Capex/Opex, evaluating supplier offers, and executing procurement agreements.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess strong skills in procurement management and techno-commercial evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement management of high value Capex/Opex.
• Understanding of export/import processes and policies.

• Handle high value Capex/Opex PRs and convert them into POs.

Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Indirect Procurement in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company's goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location.

Job Location

Devanahalli, Bangalore

Work Schedule

5-day, in-office role, with the 1st and last Saturdays of each month as working days.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling high value Capex/Opex PRs & converting into PO.
• Handling services across procurement categories such as Mfg tools, Consumables, Industrial Chemicals, Lab items & chemicals, IT assets, IT network & infra items, Softwares, Digital solutions etc.
• Evaluation of techno-commercial offers from competitive suppliers.
• Execution of LOI/Business awards, PR/PO & Definitive agreements.
• Sound knowledge in handling high value capex/opex on key categories such as Equipments & MRO, Tooling & Fixtures, Industrial Automation, Mfg Process equipments, Mechanical & Electrical equipments, Utility equipments etc.
• Knowledge & awareness on Export/Import process & scheme policies for handling import procurements across categories.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
