Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for SAP Lead in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company’s goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location.

Purpose:

The SAP Lead will serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all SAP-related initiatives, working closely with the SAP Center of Excellence (COE) team, external vendors, partners, and internal business teams. This role involves gathering and analysing detailed business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The SAP Lead will oversee and manage the end-to-end testing process, evaluate alternative approaches to optimize system performance, and validate results to guarantee the accuracy and effectiveness of SAP implementations.

Additionally, this position will facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to drive successful project delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the SAP landscape

• Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP MM,PP PS,SD,FICO and QM space
• Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
• Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP
• Work closely with the SAP Run Team in the prioritisation, testing, and deployment of system change requests and/or providing support
• Design and implement core functionalities of SAP MM including screen controls
• Expertise in SAP SD, MM & FICO or related functional areas.
• The consultant will assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP modules
• Participate in rollouts of SAP technical & Functional rollouts at group level.
• Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management to enhance the clients' business functionality and performance
• Configure the SAP system in the areas of MM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills are a strong asset
• ERP knowledge in at least two modules on process, data structure, and architectural level - focus SD, MM. FICO
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers to understand the specific Data needs and be able to translate those requirements into a comprehensive Workable solution.
• At least 5 years of experience - Full project lifecycle implementations
• Have experience in Plant level Green field SAP Rollout experience.
• Have worked in Carve out /Carve in scenarios.
• Have handled SAP GRC Tools,
• Have Integration done with MES, WMS

Desired Skills:

Advises senior leadership and senior IT staff on IT applications responsible Design, configuration and testing of SD, MM, processes in Semiconductor, Manufacturing and shared services industry especially
