Alila Lansdowne is seeking an Assistant Manager - Human Resources to support the smooth operation of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division. You will assist in aligning HR practices with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners.

The role involves assisting the Director of Human Resources or HR Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel and contributing to a seamless HR

Formación

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Assistant Manager or Coordinator in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
