Job summary

Wow Momo Foods is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for its Mumbai stores. The role focuses on manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring payroll, attendance and HR data accuracy.

You will handle grievances, disciplinary matters and exits, drive engagement and retention, and ensure compliance through documentation and audits. Store visits and field operations are part of the daily responsibilities, with close collaboration with City Head and

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Background in QSR / Retail / Hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blue-collar hiring and employee lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of payroll, attendance and HR operations.
• Experience handling employee grievances and ER matters.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to conduct store visits and field operations.
