Job summary

Meena Bazaar in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end recruitment for its retail stores. You will drive bulk and managerial hiring, build pipelines via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting, and partner with business leaders on manpower planning.

You will manage screening, interviews, offers, joining, and maintain analytics while acting as regional HRBP for employee relations, retention and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in retail Talent Acquisition, including bulk and managerial hiring.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple stores/showrooms.
• Strong Mumbai retail hiring network and sourcing capabilities.
• Experience in HRBP and employee relations.
• Candidates from fashion, apparel, lifestyle, jewellery or premium retail will be preferred.
