Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize digital campaigns across on website, aggregators, and other platforms to drive family footfall.
• Drive customer acquisition, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns to improve digital revenue performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution of digital campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Support website management activities to improve traffic, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Track website analytics and recommend enhancements for landing pages, customer journeys, and funnel optimization to increase ticket sales.
• Maintain weekly and monthly digital performance dashboards, tracking metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
