Job summary

IDEMIA Syscom is seeking a TL / Assistant Manager Facilities Management to lead the operations of the Noida NSEZ plant, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant production. You will oversee HVAC, electricals, utilities, and site services while aligning with EHS and statutory requirements.

The role demands strong vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with Plant, EHS, Engineering, HR and Procurement teams to deliver uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• 710 years of experience in Facilities Management / Plant Engineering / Infrastructure Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, DG, UPS, water systems, pumps and other plant utilities.
• Experience in facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown management and AMC management.
• Strong vendor/contractor management and facility project management skills.
• Good understanding of fire & safety, EHS and statutory compliance.
• Strong planning, troubleshooting, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in an MNC/manufacturing environment and NSEZ/SEZ exposure will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant facilities, infrastructure and utility operations.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, water supply systems, pumps and other critical utilities.
• Ensure optimal availability and performance of critical utilities through preventive maintenance, AMC management and timely troubleshooting.
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, renovation, construction and facility improvement projects.
• Manage housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transportation and other workplace services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, fire & safety, EHS and facility requirements.
• Manage facility vendors and contractors, including AMC/SLA management, service quality and performance.
• Manage facilities-related budget, procurement and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Plant, EHS, Engineering, HR, Procurement and Security teams to resolve facility and utility-related requirements.
