Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Deputy Manager - Planning (Solar Asset Management) to join our Gurgaon team. The role focuses on budgeting and cost control for a portfolio of solar assets, with reliance on SAP MM/PM for procurement and maintenance processes.

You will coordinate with Finance, SCM, HR, and Legal to ensure timely PO issuance and smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering-driven planning, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in solar asset management or project planning.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/PM modules.
• Strong cost control and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Budget preparation, tracking & control for Solar portfolio.
• Provide input inputs for O&M costing in collaboration with BD team.
• Cost optimization and revenue recovery.
• Support PR process in SAP and coordinate with SCM for timely PO issuance.
• Coordinate for Insurance claims and manage regulatory, compliance, M&A, DD, contracts.
• Plan and manage tools for testing and analyzing Solar projects and ensure SAP-MM/PM alignment.
• Oversee project purchases, vendor management, and billing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget preparation, tracking & control for Solar portfolio.
