Job summary

ReNew is hiring an Assistant Manager - Wind Asset Management in Gurgaon. You will monitor site operations and oversee wind asset management to maximise asset yield and performance. You will interface with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating budgets and risk tracking.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with strong coordination skills for internal and external teams, vendors, and state-level reviews.

Responsibilities

• To Monitor the site operation and wind asset management activities
• Obtain the maximum yield from the assets and Interface and coordinate with internal and external stake holders
• Track the compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and statutory requirements
• To oversee the asset performance as per business KPIs (i.e LPF-, MA, GA, RA)
• Budget planning and tracking
• Maintain and follow ups the risk management tracker
• Regulatory and Vendor Invoice processing
• Organise the fortnightly reviews of O&M performance with state team
• Monitoring and tracking the site O&M issues for clousre
