Job summary

GSK in Mumbai seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead Enterprise Access & Support for pharma tenders. You will manage tender opportunities across GeM, CPPP and state portals, coordinating with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to prepare bids and approvals.

Responsibilities include tracking EMDs and contracts, monitoring execution, maintaining tender MIS, and shaping pricing strategies for institutional business while ensuring compliance with pharma regulations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Pharma/Med device tender management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian pharma tendering processes.
• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Pharm / B.Sc. / Commerce Graduate.
• 5 - 8 years of Pharma / Med device tender management experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Indian pharma tendering processes.
• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
• Understanding of DGS&D/GeM, CGHS, ESI, Railways, Defence, and State Medical Corporation tenders.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred.
