  • Create and deliver a territory business plan based on customer insight and local needs.
  • Conduct professional field visits and meetings to share clear, evidence-based information.
  • Capture market and customer feedback and use insights to shape local plans and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across commercial, medical and access teams to meet customer needs.
  • Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems and follow local regulations.

Basic Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, field roles or account management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or Rajasthani.
  • Comfortable using everyday digital tools such as Word, Excel and mobile applications.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Right to work in India.
Preferred Qualification
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospital or pharmaceutical field roles.
  • Ability to explain clinical or scientific information clearly to different audiences.
  • Planning and analytical skills to develop and monitor territory performance.
  • Experience organising professional meetings or educational events.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in additional regional languages.
