Job summary

Bull Machines Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Dispatch in Sulur, Coimbatore. The role requires 10–20 years in dispatch and related functions, with strong SAP and Digital Factory knowledge.

You will lead the dispatch team, ensure on-time machine releases and maintain flawless dispatch documentation. The position entails coordinating clearances, loading operations, and FIFO yard management, with focus on safety, Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile with 10–20 years in Dispatch, Logistics, Manufacturing or FG Yard operations.
• Strong experience in machine dispatch planning and FG yard management.
• Knowledge of SAP, Digital Factory, dispatch documentation, VIN/chassis and engine-number verification.
• Strong understanding of loading safety, lashing, transporter coordination, vehicle readiness and statutory compliance.
• Proven leadership in team management, KPI monitoring, CAPA, 5S and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily and monthly dispatch Plan vs Actual, ensuring machine readiness and on-time dispatch targets.
• Coordinate RFD clearance, commercial clearance, vehicle placement, documentation, loading and machine release within timelines.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of dispatch documents, serial numbers, machine configuration, attachments, manuals and tool kits.
• Manage FG yard FIFO, machine traceability, ageing, SAP/Digital Factory transactions and safe loading operations.
• Lead the Dispatch team through manpower planning, safety, 5S, CAPA, Kaizen, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
