2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager– Fabric PPC to lead fabric process planning for Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics in a Shirting/Textile environment.

The role requires 5–15 years of experience, a degree in Textile Technology, and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP HANA. You will coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales, and Production to ensure OTIF targets and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Fabric PPC and fabric planning expertise required.
• Experience with Yarn Dyed and Piece Dyed fabrics.
• Shirting/textile domain knowledge mandatory.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and OTIF reporting.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Excel) and analytics.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• SAP HANA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Grey Fabric Issue Plans based on delivery schedules and product mix.
• Coordinate with Process House, Warehouse, SCM, Weaving, Sales and Production to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and improve OTIF performance and reduce TAT.
• Prepare Plan vs Actual, OTIF, order status and delay analysis reports.
• Reconcile Process House and Warehouse POs and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate pre-shipment samples and daily packing plans as per sales requirements.
