Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR.
• 4+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Willingness to travel within Gujarat as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business goals.
• Drive end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
• Manage employee life cycle activities: joining formalities, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Act as a change agent and drive initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and culture building.
• Coordinate the performance management process including goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters while ensuring within TAT and empathetic resolution.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for decision-making and strategy.
