Job summary

ZF Group in India is seeking an Asst. Manager, Sales (Aftermarket, CVS) with 6+ years in field sales for Commercial Vehicles. You will manage distributor channels, drive parts sales, and enhance distribution efficiency while coordinating demand generation and brand visibility activities.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP) are essential, along with willingness to travel to support customers and markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech graduate with 6+ years in field sales from Commercial Vehicles segment.
• Must have strong experience working with Distributors.
• Thorough knowledge of Commercial Vehicles market in which ZF Aftermarket operates.
• Good communication and organizational skills, as well as confident appearance and good IT skills (MS Office, SAP) required.
• Willingness to travel.
