Job summary

ZF Group in India invites an Application/Production Support Engineer to join the team in Chennai. You will onboard customer fleets into the platform within SLA, manage data integration pipelines, and provide technical support to resolve L2 data ingestion and SQL issues.

You will develop reusable SQL scripts, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with Development/Product teams. The role requires a BE/BTech or equivalent, experience in SQL Server, and willingness to work European

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering Domian (BE/BTECH) or similar, with SQL Server experience.
• Willing to work in European shifts.
• Master data management systems such as SQL Server, Profisee, and Informatica MDM.
• Software like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, MS Teams; SAP and Salesforce are advantages.
• Data transformation and ingestion workflows (CSV/JSON/XML formats, data cleaning, validation).
• Linux distributions and Bash are an advantage.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements; able to challenge existing processes.

• Successful onboarding of customer fleets into platform within SLA.

• Resolution of complex L2 data ingestion and SQL issues within SLA.
• Consistent troubleshooting standards and reusable SQL scripts; reduce recurring issues.
• Identification and elimination of recurring onboarding/data issues; improve onboarding workflows.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management; structured knowledge base for faster resolution.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration with Development/Product teams to address defects.

• Consistent troubleshooting standards and reusable SQL scripts. Reduced recurrence of ingestion and configuration issues

• Implementation of improvements to onboarding workflows and data validation processes. Contribution to scalable onboarding standards across Bus Connect

Your profile as Application/Production Support Engineer:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering Domian(BE/BTECH)/Ang degree with Min 4-8 Yrs in Application/Production Support Engineer using SQL SERVER
• Willing to work in European shifts
• Knowledge and expertise in:
• Master data management systems such as SQL server, Profisee, and Informatica MDM.
• Software like: Jira, Confluence, MS office, MS teams, (SAP and Salesforce are an advantage)
• Data transformation and ingestion workflows (CSV/JSON/XML formats, data cleaning, validation)
• Modern Linux distributions and Bash are an advantage
