Job summary

Diageo India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing for a field-focused role based in Warangal near Hyderabad. You will execute trade marketing plans, drive in-store visibility, and manage on-ground activation across retail and on-trade channels.

The role requires 5–8 years of FMCG trade marketing or sales experience, heavy travel (4 days/week), and strong stakeholder management to support the sales team in achieving volume and distribution targets.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage / Alcobev sales or trade marketing.
• Strong exposure to BTL activations & retail execution.
• Experience in handling distributors, outlets, and field sales.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and market visits (4 days/week).
• Exposure to On-trade / Off-trade channels preferred.
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
