Job summary

Diageo India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing in Delhi NCR to lead field-based trade marketing and outlet activation plans, with extensive market visits to map outlets and drive visibility.

You will execute promotions, POSM and merchandising, manage distributors and on-ground vendors, track ROI, and support the sales team to achieve volume and distribution targets across on-trade and off-trade channels, with travel 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage / Alcobev sales or trade marketing.
• Strong exposure to BTL activations & retail execution.
• Experience in handling distributors, outlets, and field sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively (4 days/week).
• Exposure to On-trade / Off-trade channels preferred.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to On-trade / Off-trade channels preferred
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates from FMCG / Alcobev / Beverage industry
• Field sales (TSE/ASE) or Customer Marketing background
• Hands-on experience in retail execution & activation
