Medi Assist in Kolkata seeks an experienced Client Relationship professional to manage day-to-day operations between partners and Medi Assist, driving key initiatives with internal stakeholders and delivering actionable insights through advanced Excel reporting.

The role emphasizes ownership, timely delivery, and proactive issue resolution, with regular partner reviews and visits to strengthen senior-level relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Client Service or Client Relationship roles.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills for senior-level engagement.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations between partners and Medi Assist, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
• Support internal stakeholders in driving key initiatives, ensuring alignment between teams, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
• Maintain and analyze data, using advanced Excel skills to prepare reports, track performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the partner relationship.
• Regular review of assigned partners/brokers' reports with the Leadership Team, addressing issues proactively before escalations occur.
• Regular client visits twice in a week for building relationships with representatives of partners.
