Job summary

CleanMax is seeking a diligent Compliance professional to support the India Compliance Lead in implementing and maintaining the Compliance Program for India Commercial. You will review activities, ensure alignment with policies and regulations, and promote an ethical culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the India Compliance Lead in implementing and maintaining the Compliance Program for India Commercial.
• Review and approve HCP, HCC, patient support, and marketing activities per policies and regulations.
• Conduct compliance awareness programs, training, and communication initiatives to promote an ethical culture.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed compliance in business processes.
• Assist in automating compliance workflows and governance processes.
• Conduct periodic monitoring and internal reviews to assess control effectiveness and identify risks.
• Maintain compliance records and data per company policies.
• Coordinate quarterly India Compliance Committee meetings and governance dashboards.
• Maintain the annual compliance governance calendar and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Track compliance exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen awareness of compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to business stakeholders within the compliance framework.
• Build strong relationships across Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, Finance, Training, Supply Chain).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes and governance standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend policy updates.
• Prepare compliance metrics and management reports for leadership.
