Mensa Brands in Bengaluru, India seeks a Compliance professional to monitor and manage regulatory requirements across domestic and international markets. You will track regulatory developments and assist in obtaining licenses, registrations, and certifications.

The role involves coordinating with regulators, industry bodies, and external consultants, addressing notices/audits, and conducting cross-jurisdictional compliance research. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, legal, risk, or governance functions.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or similar sectors preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to international compliance or multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
• Assist in developing policies, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and training programs.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology to strengthen compliance management.
