Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Compliance professional to join our team. Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring & Testing:
  • Conduct transactional testing and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews, especially in sales and marketing functions.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support investigations and root‑cause analyses related to compliance breaches.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
  • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support investigations and root‑cause analyses related to compliance breaches.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support on compliance‑related queries and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Finance for resolution and support.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Training and Communication:
  • Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies across departments.

Qualifications

• Preferred Background & Skills:
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred. Exposure to sales and marketing compliance, promotional review, or medical affairs is a plus.
  • Functional Expertise: Experience in compliance, internal audit, forensic reviews, or transactional testing.
  • Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high level of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive engagement; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
