Key Responsibilities

1. Final Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Table Closing: Step in as the senior "closer" once a relationship manager or sourcing executive completes the project walkthrough and pricing introduction.
• Objection Handling: Address last-minute customer hesitation regarding payment flexibility, unit customization, legal compliance, or competitor comparisons.

2. Financial & Booking Formalities

• Token Collection: Secure the initial expression of interest (EOI) or token booking amount from clients on the spot.
• Cost Sheet Finalization: Draft and finalize customized cost sheets, explaining clear payment milestones linked to construction stages.

3. Collaboration & Post-Sales Handover

• Sourcing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Channel Partner (CP) and Direct Sourcing teams to handle their prospective "hot" clients smoothly.
• CRM & Documentation: Hand over clean, signed client files to the Post-Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams for registration and loan processing.
