Designation - Assistant Manager - Client Servicing

Role Overview:
The Client Servicing professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring smooth manpower deployment and operations, and coordinating with internal recruitment, HR, payroll and compliance teams to deliver agreed staffing services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with assigned clients.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely deployment.
- Ensure joining, onboarding, documentation and induction of deployed manpower.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition and manpower productivity.
- Coordinate with clients for attendance validation, overtime, incentives and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely submission and resolution of payroll-related queries.
- Coordinate with HR/compliance teams for PF, ESIC, UAN, KYC, labour-law and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick resolution.
- Track replacements, new manpower requirements and employee exits.
- Conduct regular client visits and review meetings.
- Prepare and share MIS reports covering manpower deployment, attendance, attrition, vacancies and operational performance.
- Follow up on client approvals, work orders/POs, invoices and payment-related issues wherever required.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure adherence to agreed SLA/KPI and service-level commitments.
- Escalate critical operational issues to senior management with a proposed action plan.
- Manage and collect client payments.
