Job summary

Flags Communications in India seeks a customer-obsessed, ambitious professional to manage and grow key client relationships within advertising/PR. You will partner with client management as an objective insider and advocate for the entire client organization, delivering impactful solutions.

With 4+ years in agency settings, you will lead projects across strategy, timelines and budgets, coordinate with creative, media, digital teams, and coach junior staff while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency experience in advertising/PR.
• 4+ years of experience in Client Services.
• Lead projects including strategy, execution, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, digital, etc.).
• Strong business abilities and financial acumen to deliver work on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow key client relationships by being a trusted advisor to client management and advocating for the entire client organization.
• Lead growth of existing accounts, develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, timelines and budgets.
• Provide proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients.
• Act with independence; hold responsibility for overall account relationships.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing relationships with key client contacts and ensuring multi-level engagement.
• Develop and direct new business programs, participating in the current business process from start to finish.
• Coach and develop junior team members with consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities.

What Youll Do

• Maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing relationships with key client contacts and ensuring that client/agency relationships exists on multiple levels and grow over time.
• Develop and direct new business programs, including participating in the current business process from start to finish
• Coaching, involving and inspiring the growth and development of junior team members by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities
