Macquarie Bank Limited's Fixed Income and Currency technology team seeks a skilled C++ engineer to design, implement, and maintain applications that power our global FIC business. You will work with a multinational team on pricing, trade capture, and risk management, delivering clean, efficient code across the development lifecycle.
The role requires 4–9 years of C++ experience, familiarity with financial products, Linux scripting, and Git, plus strong problem-solving and stakeholder management
Fixed Income and Currency (FIC) technology plays a key role in powering our Global FIC business by deploying a range of innovative technology across a suite of financial products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team of engineers working and supporting solutions across various functional domains such as pricing, trade capture, and risk management.

You will play valuable role in designing, implementing, and maintaining applications that support our business operations, leveraging C++ technologies. You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C++ whilst efficiently contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and ensure code quality in adherence to coding standards.
