Job summary

KUKU is seeking an FP&A professional to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive business performance in Mumbai. You will partner with cross-functional teams and support leadership with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes building scalable financial models, MIS reporting, and identifying opportunities through data, with exposure to startup environments. CA qualification strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with articleship from a Big 4 firm.
• 0–1 years post-qualification experience in a startup.
• Strong business acumen to understand business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in business partnering & external stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; build formula-driven models.
• Ability to multitask, think critically and execute tactically.

About The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, month-end reporting and supporting the set-up of business processes and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key business metrics
• Drive MIS and management reporting for business leadership
