Job summary

KUKU in Bengaluru seeks a finance professional to oversee FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and process improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive insights and support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 0-1 year post-qualification startup experience and strong Excel/Sheets skills, capable of building clean, model-driven analyses and presenting findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• CA with 0-1 year post-qualification experience, preferably in a startup.
• Articleship in Big 4 preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with multiple teams.

About The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, month-end reporting and supporting the set-up of business processes and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key business metrics
• Drive MIS and management reporting for business leadership
