Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. seeks a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the assembly component line in Maharashtra, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to production plans.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive continuous improvement through TPM and Kaizen, maintain quality, and foster a safe, disciplined shop floor while aligning with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech is required.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
