Job summary

MY FM – Dainik Bhaskar Group is seeking a dynamic sales professional for advertising sales. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients and building strong business relationships to drive radio advertising revenue in Mumbai.

You will identify opportunities, conduct meetings, present customized media solutions, and negotiate terms while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Travel to local client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Advertising Sales, or Media Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to acquire new clients, generate leads, and close sales independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities for advertising sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brands, advertising agencies, and media planners.
• Drive revenue through the sale of radio advertising solutions and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand business requirements and propose customized advertising solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and media plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Manage client accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
