Job summary

BECO, a sustainability-driven home care brand, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional in Mumbai to manage invoices, GST/TDS compliance, and periodic vendor reconciliations. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in AP and GST, with a commerce/finance background and strong Excel skills.

You will verify invoices and approvals, ensure accurate tax accounting, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep payment processing timely and compliant.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Accounts Payable and GST compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and book Goods, Service, and Import invoices in the accounting system.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST and TDS requirements, including accurate tax accounting.
• Perform periodic vendor reconciliations and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, and approvals before processing payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP / Tally / Oracle / ERP
