Job summary

We are seeking an experienced accounts payable professional in India to accurately process invoices, ensure GST and TDS compliance, and perform vendor reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of AP experience, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in SAP/Tally/Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master's preferred).
• 8 - 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable and GST compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST laws, and TDS provisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP / Tally / Oracle / ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and book Goods, Service, and Import invoices in the accounting system.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST and TDS requirements, including accurate tax accounting.
• Perform periodic vendor reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, and approvals before processing payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth invoice processing and compliance.
