Responsibilities

• Identify sustainable, long-term savings opportunities by exploring all potential value levers to maximize value creation.
• Develop and govern procurement strategies to meet the annual budget and conduct spend analysis to monitor indirect purchase sub-categories.
• Spearheads strategic vendor relationships, ensuring rigorous quality/service/reliability checks and the ability of vendors to meet future demands.
• Drives annual price and rate negotiations, service contracts/agreements, implement cost-saving strategies to achieve year-over-year cost reduction targets.
• Identifies supplier and supply chain risks, develops risk mitigation strategies and governs vendor selection basis their financial and technical feasibility.
• Collaborates with Cross Functional HODs, Site HR Heads, FIL IT team, Corporate Legal and Finance teams to review spend and project deliverables.
• Develop and implement purchase strategies for IT hardware/software/network/services/licenses, Corporate Services, Professional Services, and Real Estate spend.
• Ensures due diligence for vendors and compliance with SAP protocols to keep accurate vendor records.
• Review major procurement contracts; coordinate contract compliance, change orders, and problem resolution with legal counsel as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensures thorough due diligence is conducted for vendors and drives compliance with SAP protocols to keep accurate records for all vendors
• Reviews major procurement contracts; coordinates contract compliance, change orders, and problem resolution in conformance with contract law; consults with legal counsel as required
