Job summary

Rotex is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead business development in the automotive segment across India. Based in Delhi, the role requires regular travel and close collaboration with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and defence units.

You will drive regional BD activities in the North region, identify new opportunities, and work towards a market development target of INR 50 Crore+. The ideal candidate has strong networking, industry knowledge, and strategic account management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive business development and regional markets.
• Strong knowledge of OEM and Tier-1 supplier ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel across India.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development in the OEM/Tier-1 aftermarket segment.
• Collaborate with defence units and key customers across India.
