Vashi Integrated Solutions in Navi Mumbai is seeking a procurement leader to head the purchase function for assigned brands/departments. You will ensure the right stock at the right time and cost, and build a high-performing purchaser team.

You will plan and release purchase orders based on forecasts and stock levels, monitor OTIF, manage vendor relationships, and ensure GST input-credit hygiene. Collaboration with Sales, Warehouse and Finance is essential to optimize stock and cost.

Qualificações

• Experience leading corporate procurement and purchasing teams.
• Proven ability to plan based on forecasts, MSQ, and stock levels.
• Strong supplier relationship and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and release purchase orders based on MSQ, sales forecasts and stock levels; drive Auto PO adoption in SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain healthy inventory by controlling slow/non-moving stock and clearing RJ/RP/SC stock.
• Ensure supplier OTIF against confirmed delivery dates; follow up on open and overdue POs.
• Manage principal/vendor relationships including pricing, terms and rate contracts.
• Lead and review purchaser team's goals and performance.
• Ensure DOA compliance, GRN–invoice matching and GST input-credit hygiene.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance on stock transfers, shortages and escalations.

Lead the purchase function for assigned brands/departments, ensuring the right stock at the right time and cost, with healthy inventory and a high-performing purchaser team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and release purchase orders based on MSQ, sales forecasts and stock levels; drive Auto PO adoption in SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain healthy inventory by controlling slow/non-moving (E-Category) stock and clearing RJ/RP/SC stock.
• Ensure supplier OTIF against confirmed delivery dates; follow up on open and overdue POs.
• Manage principal/vendor relationships (Polycab, Siemens, ABB, Finolex, SKF, Solar, etc.), including pricing, schemes, credit terms and rate contracts.
• Lead, guide and review the purchaser team's goals and performance.
• Ensure compliance with the DOA approval matrix, GRN–invoice matching and GST input-credit hygiene.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance and branches on stock transfers, shortages and escalations.
