Job summary

Unison International Consulting in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Events Operations professional for the role of Manager / Assistant Manager – Events Execution. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in premium venues, hotels, malls, and experiential destinations and can lead end-to-end event delivery.

You will coordinate vendors, ensure venue readiness, manage safety compliance, and oversee on-ground operations while keeping clients' commitments and post-event closure seamless.

Responsibilities

Events Operations Professional with 4–8 years’ experience in premium venues, hotels, malls, and experiential destinations. Skilled in end to end event execution including planning, vendor coordination, venue readiness, safety compliance, and on ground operations. Proven ability to manage cross functional teams, client commitments, technical requirements, and post event closure. Strong expertise in documentation, stakeholder management, problem solving, and delivering seamless guest experiences across high footfall events.
