Job summary

Caliber Organisation in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Manager - Event Marketing with 4-6 years of experience to lead end-to-end event campaigns including webinars, seminars, conferences and brand activations.

You will oversee pre-event promotions, registrations, email campaigns, social media, on-ground execution, CRM lead tracking, post-event nurture and ROI reporting, ensuring impactful engagement and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in event marketing.
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel events and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM and lead nurturing processes.
• Excellent coordination with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
